Holly Donato, APR, is an accredited public relations pro with 25 years of experience in marketing communications, media relations, and brand journalism. She brings practical wisdom from seven years in broadcast news.
Holly began her PR career as Communications Director for Share Health Plan and later Delta Dental Plan of Minnesota. She gained agency experience at Colle+McVoy PR (now Exponent) leading campaigns for 3M Health Care and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota before working independently with United HealthCare, Cray, and Cargill while her children were small.
From 2003 through 2013, Holly held marketing director positions for two large non-profits, Bethel University and Feed My Starving Children, leading communications on fundraising, student and volunteer recruitment, and constituent relations.
She formed Donato Group in 2014 to provide integrated marketing and PR services.
Holly holds many industry awards, including PRSA Classics, IABC Silver Quill, WICI, an Emmy and CASE Circle of Excellence. In 2015, she earned accreditation (APR) from the Public Relations Society of America and now serves on the Minnesota PRSA Accreditation Committee, mentoring other PR professionals.

Henry is a versatile, creative writer who can quickly research any subject and develop engaging content for websites, blogs, print publications, video, or other formats. He is also adept at social media engagement that drives traffic or inspires action.
An honors graduate of Bethel University in business marketing, Henry gained agency experience with Marketing Lab in their SellCheck point-of-sale research division before going independent.
Currently, he is writing a business blog series for Intentional Growth Strategies on how to manage effective teams. He is also engaged with the agency McLeod & Co., translating technical data into practical information for business-to-business clients.
