Introducing a new professional service
Paragon Practice Management is a mentoring firm that helps financial advisors become mega-producers. To grow Paragon, the owners came to Donato Group for a curriculum upgrade, website, sales collateral, and a direct mail program. Holly started with research, participating in a mentoring session and interviewing class members. She then wrote and art-directed a new website, which features video testimonials.
Donato Group then developed two levels of sales collateral—for sponsoring broker-dealers and individual advisors. To attract executive sponsors, she created a series of high-impact, personal invitations to garner appointments with executives decisionmakers.
Less than one year in, PPM is in discussion with several national broker-dealers about sponsoring Paragon for their advisors. Meanwhile, Donato Group is rewriting program’s curriculum with tips from successful graduates and a “neutral voice” that allows Paragon to scale up with additional mentors.
